Role Description
The Educator / Private Tutor Partner will act as the academic engine of this venture. This remote, asynchronous partnership allows you to plug your teaching skills, methodologies, and tools directly into our automated digital ecosystem.
Day-to-day responsibilities include designing structured curricula, hosting high-value private tutoring sessions, and creating scalable digital courses. You will not have to build a website, run marketing funnels, or manage complex administrative overhead. You will leverage our custom CRM and digital infrastructure to manage student progress, relying on our systemic workflows to ensure flawless educational delivery while you focus entirely on your students' success.
Qualifications
- Teaching Expertise: Proven ability and high-level expertise in your specific subject matter or skill set, with a track record of driving student results.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with modern digital infrastructure, comfort using advanced virtual teaching tools, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into our CRM platforms.
- Operational Discipline: Strong ability to design structured, high-quality learning experiences that scale, adhering strictly to our platform's quality standards and operational protocols.
- Environment: Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving entrepreneurial environment without relying on traditional corporate friction.
- Time Leverage: You are not paid to clock in; you are paid for output and student value. The role requires heavier lifting upfront (10–30 hours/week) to design your courses and establish your tutoring framework, scaling down to a highly leveraged model once your educational Assembly Lines are set.
Compensation & Partnership Structure
This role represents a strategic business partnership formalized through a profit-sharing agreement. We are exclusively seeking entrepreneurial educators who understand the value of scaling their knowledge through a dedicated, fully managed digital platform.
Performance-Based Equity: Comfortable operating in a 100% performance-based equity structure, entirely abandoning traditional flat-rate salaries for profit-sharing directly tied to the Clean Net Profit of your courses and student enrollments.
Zero Fixed Salary: We are actively not considering candidates looking for standard hourly teaching wages or guaranteed monthly paychecks. Olphe Company ventures completely abandon traditional hourly wages and flat-rate salaried employment.
